Job description

We’re looking for a qualified accountant to join our team as a Business Services Manager to support the provision of services and advice to a portfolio of clients in our London or Stamford locations.

What does this role involve?

Joining us as a Business Services Manager, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, taking overall responsibility for the management and building of those relationships.

Team management

You will ensure that your team is equipped with the skills they need to deliver the best possible client experience, coupled with clear career opportunities and a supportive work environment in which talents can flourish. You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews and setting clear objectives while maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity.

Teamwork

As part of the management team, you will contribute to the achievement of targets and success of the service line. You will identify complex challenges your clients face and provide viable solutions for them, using the combined knowledge and skills of your team to add measurable value to the client experience.

You will be required to develop relationships with new and existing clients to identify opportunities, pitch for new business and create tender documents.

Skills and experience
