Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking an energetic individual for the helpdesk team, focused on delivering excellent customer service. The role involves managing patient inquiries, supporting business process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should have relevant customer service experience and GCSE qualifications in Maths and English.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer services or call centre environment is advantageous.
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A-C or equivalent functional skills.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable is a plus.

  • Experience of working in the customer services industry or call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in Accounts Payable
Duties of this role include:
  • Support the helpdesk team to deliver a consistent, efficient, accurate and polite service to our patients.
  • Manage patient enquiries to a high standard
  • Support change of business processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and company policy.
  • Ability to work within other areas of the department if required
  • Complete ad-hoc requests from the management team.
