A public health service in Scotland is seeking an individual to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Nursing Team. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience, excellent IT skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role offers a full-time position of 37 hours per week with opportunities for professional growth and training in the healthcare sector.

We are looking for an individual to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Senior Nursing Team for GAP, IHTT & Occupational Therapy based at The Main HUB at Murray Royal Hospital. You should have proven Admin experience and relevant IT skills and experience. You will be required to work as part of a team, therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. The ability to work well under pressure and a flexible approach to the needs of the department are essential.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Hours of work are: 37 Hours per week
