The Role

To manage Kia UK’s van sales performance by model and channel and identify risks and opportunities. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and managing a separate Fleet Matrix and supporting terms for vans.
2. Building relationships with major fleets and key customers in the van market.
3. Working with Kia UK Dealer Development to manage standards and processes for Kia Van Centres.
4. Establishing effective marketing plans and providing after sales support for key customers.
5. Representing Kia UK at events and shows to build our reputation in van sales.

About You

Educated to degree or equivalent level with knowledge of UK Commercial Vehicle Market and Dealer Operations. You should possess:

1. Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
2. Project and Stakeholder Management skills.
3. Ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations.
