Telesales Business Development & Marketing

Location: Based out of TTS FM Regional Office in Midlands (Tamworth)

Type:Full-Time, Part Time options, Permanent

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a driven Telesales Business Development & Marketing Executive to fuel growth through strategic telesales, lead generation, and targeted marketing collaboration. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at converting prospects into clients, and want to shape how businesses experience security solutions, this role is your gateway to success. Reporting into Commercial Manager, the role would carry key responsibilities out of which some of the non exhaustive list is as follows -

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Telesales: Proactively engage prospects via phone, email, and digital channels to generate leads and close sales for TTS FM’s security services.
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, guiding prospects through the sales funnel with tailored solutions.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies, aligning telesales efforts with digital campaigns (e.g., SEO, social media, webinars).
  • Client Onboarding: Convert new clients by articulating the value of TTS FM’s services (e.g., risk assessments, surveillance systems, 24/7 monitoring)
  • CRM Management: Track leads, pipeline progress, and client interactions using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Market Insights: Report on competitor activity, customer feedback, and campaign ROI to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings booked, and revenue generated.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Telesales/Business Development Experience: 2+ years in telesales, lead generation, or B2B sales, ideally in security, tech, or facilities management.
  • Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to cold-call, Achieve Appointments, and consistently overachieve targets.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation, and social selling techniques
  • Communication Skills: Persuasive phone presence with exceptional listening and objection-handling abilities
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of security solutions.
