Hours Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to join our growing telecoms team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients via phone, email, or other channels to introduce our telecommunications solutions and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to prospective clients

  • Engage decision-makers to qualify interest in telecoms products (e.g., broadband, VoIP, mobile solutions)

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with accurate and detailed notes

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes and prospect information

  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs around calls, leads, and appointments set

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting (ideally in telecoms or B2B)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
