Business Sales Consultant

White Raven Resourcing Ltd are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to permanent recruitment services.

We are working with a global leader in outsourced HR and H&S solutions who are looking for individuals ready to progress their sales career. If you have a year or two of experience in a sales environment and are seeking a supportive environment with a structured 6-month training and onboarding programme, this opportunity is for you.

The company has achieved sustained growth year on year over the past decade and is looking to expand its Head Office-based team in Hinckley with new Sales Executives.

Responsibilities

1. Working as part of an internal sales team, you will make outbound cold calls to business owners, introduce the client’s services, and book appointments for business development managers to attend and close deals. You will earn bonuses from your first sale!
2. Previous experience in telesales or face-to-face sales advisory roles for at least one year is required.
3. This is a sales-driven environment with earning potential, with a realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 and top performers earning over £70,000 due to uncapped commissions.
4. You should be a confident communicator, ambitious, driven to progress, and willing to learn about HR and H&S solutions to effectively pitch features to prospects.
