Role: Sales Trailblazer – responsible for making outbound calls to business owners, introducing services, and creating opportunities for business development to sign up new clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Promote employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SMEs.
  • Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors.
  • Work with your Business Development Manager to plan quarterly seminars to maximize sales.
  • Generate leads, appointments, and referrals through daily activity.
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline accurately.
