Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) is a key sales channel for BT, and an exciting segment in Enterprise, putting focus on small and medium business customers. Our purpose in SME is to be the engine for growth for UK small businesses, ensuring they have brilliant solutions to help their businesses thrive.
You will deliver defined revenue, product volume and quality targets through the acquisition, up-sell and retention of UK SME customers for BT Business or EE Business Mobile. Sales opportunities are initiated by either an inbound call from a customer or outbound call as part of specific campaign and in accordance with business requirements. You will answer and respond to customer enquiries efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in accordance with defined processes and procedures.
