As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. Your role involves being at the core of all sales inquiries, developing the sales team, and ensuring that every customer clearly understands their obligations, always acting with integrity and fairness.
Business Managers at Sytner work flexible schedules, which may include weekends, to provide the highest levels of customer service.
About you
Applicants should have prior experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager within the automotive industry, demonstrating a sound financial and commercial understanding.
We are looking for high-achieving Sales Executives or Managers who can lead by example, inspire colleagues, and drive performance in finance and add-on sales.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
