Employment Type: Agency Worker Position

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break, actual working hours: 7 hours)

Work Location: London City, office-based

Contract Period: Early August 2025 – March 31, 2026 (non-renewable)

Salary: £21.38/hour

Job Description:
Business Support Tasks
  • Assistance with business-related operations

  • Support for organizing and running seminars and study sessions (venue arrangements, sending invitation emails, handling applications, preparing and packaging materials, setting up the venue, reception and guidance, etc.)

  • Coordination and communication for meetings with government bodies, organizations, companies, and experts necessary for business activities

  • Building networks with government bodies, organizations, companies, and experts for seminar operations

Research Support Tasks
  • Collecting information on politics, economy, and industries related to target countries/regions (using sources such as statistics, legal systems, industry information, mainly via internet, newspapers, seminars, interviews, etc.)

  • Creating various materials using the collected information

Other Tasks
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations as needed

  • Drafting business bulletins and regional/analytical reports

  • Coordination, attendance, and note-taking for meetings with government bodies, organizations, companies, and experts necessary for research

  • Support for outsourced research (coordination with contractors and internal staff, checking deliverables, handling procedures)

  • General administrative support related to business and research in target countries/regions (e.g., preparing meeting minutes, creating documents, handling phone calls, visitor registration, booking meeting rooms, filing, sending mail, etc.)
