Cygnet Neuro Commercial Team is growing! We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join the Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation team supporting our services across the country, from the North East to the South West of England.

Our dedicated centres provide specialist rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurodegenerative disorders. At Cygnet, we prioritize our patients' wellness and strive for positive, lasting outcomes through our comprehensive Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation services.
The Neuropsychiatric Business Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in building relationships with Cygnet’s internal and external customers. Responsibilities include ensuring revenue targets are met, KPIs are achieved, and service sustainability is maintained.
Successful candidates will have knowledge of the healthcare commissioning landscape, including NHSE/ICB/CHC/Local Authority, and ideally have experience working within a healthcare commercial team—preferably in neuropsychiatry/neurorehabilitation. Knowledge of relevant healthcare policies and regulations is also advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
This role is home-based, with travel as needed to visit services or attend meetings. Attendance at quarterly two-day Commercial Team meetings (location varies, accommodation provided) is required. An own car and full UK driving license are essential.
