The Business Relationship Manager role at Libertatem Healthcare Group is a highly visible, field-based position that requires a confident relationship-builder with a strong background in account management within the complex care or healthcare services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading stakeholder engagement across the North region, covering areas from the Scottish Borders down through Newcastle, Manchester, and Liverpool. This role involves owning and developing relationships with private case managers, ICBs, and local authorities, ensuring the successful mobilisation and retention of high-quality complex care packages.
As the Business Relationship Manager, you will be the local face of the business, responsible for growth, client satisfaction, and seamless delivery in a values-led environment. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead and report directly to the Sales Director. Key responsibilities include owning key relationships with case managers, local authorities, and Integrated Care Boards across your region; identifying new opportunities for growth while managing existing accounts to ensure long-term retention; working in partnership with internal teams to ensure care packages are activated quickly and smoothly; and tracking and reporting all activity via CRM to maintain up-to-date client data and accurate pipeline forecasting.
