To be successful as a Business Relationship Leader – Real Estate, you should have:

  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to successfully manage and develop a team.
  • Background/experience in Lending.
  • Experience in managing and strengthening client relationships.

  • Background in conduct, control, and conformance.

This role will be based in London.

Purpose of the role

To manage relationship management initiatives and set strategic direction. Provide support to senior management and manage product development risk across the organization.

Accountabilities
  • Develop strategic direction for relationship management, including implementing up-to-date methodologies and processes.
  • Manage relationship management initiatives, oversee team performance, and departmental goals.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring quality external third-party services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for relationship management.
  • Manage relationship management risk, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and costs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
Vice President Expectations
  • Contribute to strategy, drive requirements, and recommend changes. Manage resources, budgets, and policies.
  • Lead a team or act as a subject matter expert, guiding technical direction and training.
  • Advise stakeholders and manage risks, demonstrating leadership and accountability.
