Job Description
This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director to drive growth and increase referrals across all payor channels into the Fitzwilliam and Boston hospitals, as well as Ramsay Health Care overall. The focus is on developing stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
The Business Relations Manager role is primarily field-based, responsible for increasing targeted referrals and revenue by building strong relationships within the healthcare community. You will work within a defined territory to enhance Ramsay's market share and brand awareness.
You will organize educational events and develop referral opportunities with consultants, GPs, and other stakeholders through virtual and face-to-face communication. Developing an engagement strategy and executing promotional activities will be key responsibilities.
Using analytics and data insights, you will optimize resource use and identify business development opportunities aligned with the hospital's strategic plans and targets.
