This exciting role, leading a small team and reporting to the Hospital Manager, is key in driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels by developing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
The Business Relations Manager is primarily based on-site, with travel to regional stakeholders. The role involves increasing referrals and revenue by building strong relationships within the healthcare community.
You will organize educational events and develop referral opportunities between consultants, GPs, and external stakeholders through various communication methods, both virtual and face-to-face.
You will assist in developing an engagement strategy and delivering promotional activities, utilizing analytics and data insights to optimize resource use and identify business development opportunities aligned with the hospital’s strategic plan.
