Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Business Readiness Project Lead in Nottingham to drive the BR workstream across the Manchester Digital Campus and GPA projects. You will collaborate with GPA teams, clients and partners to deliver a smarter, hybrid workplace and an excellent customer experience.

Reporting to the MDC transformation team, you will manage engagement, discovery activities and change management to prepare clients for relocation and new ways of working.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional project workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications.
• Knowledge of change management in large-scale initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Business Readiness work-stream across project lifecycles.
• Represent the BR work-stream in project Integrated Delivery Teams (IDT).
• Identify stakeholders and support client engagement to promote a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate and deliver data-driven insights to support smarter working and occupancy planning.
• Promote continuous improvement of BR products and processes for GPA clients.
