Job summary

The Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Business Readiness Project Lead in Birmingham to join the Manchester Digital Campus programme as part of GPA. You will lead the Business Readiness workstream, coordinate with GPA colleagues, clients and delivery partners to ensure smooth relocation and adoption of smarter working practices.

You will manage stakeholder engagement, support change management, and develop customer insights to improve the end-to-end experience for Civil Servants working

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Readiness work-stream across Government Hub project lifecycles.
• Represent the BR work-stream as a member of the project Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) and deliver BR elements of the project structure.
• Identify key stakeholders and support the project team with engagement; manage client relationships early and throughout.
• Coordinate and support customer insights activities and change management to enable a smarter, hybrid working environment.
