Discover Impactful Work:

The Business Product Leader will direct a team including Product Management and Market Development, collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Science Liaisons, and business development to develop and implement the business strategy for global adoption of the Exent solution. EXENT is an IVDR certified fully integrated and automated mass spectrometry system designed to transform diagnosis and assessment for patients with monoclonal gammopathies, including multiple myeloma.

A Day in the Life:
  • Develop top line revenue by identifying and driving targeted activities, building the overall services portfolio performance.
  • Partner with commercial leaders and internal stakeholders to build a go-to-market strategy to meet annual plans and set the organization for long-term success.
  • Lead business strategy supporting clinical education, driving service awareness, research, adoption, and evangelism among key opinion leaders.
  • Build market access roadmap, managing evidence generation, coding, and pricing strategies for reimbursement coverage.
  • Drive business operations with both near- and long-term perspectives, defining strategic roadmap and leading execution to achieve objectives (P&L).
  • Leverage a project team approach with Marketing, R&D, and SME’s to develop ongoing business strategies.
  • Partner with commercial and functional leaders to foster growth through customer value propositions.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnerships and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on business development activities.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels to generate leads and improve access to target audiences.
  • Monitor market intelligence including competition, macroeconomics, and regulatory environment.
Keys To Success:
  • Proven track record in defining, planning, and executing strategies across global markets.
  • Strong business insight, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of digital customer journeys and tailored business strategies.
  • Familiarity with government policies, funding practices, and key opinion leaders.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and executive presence.
Education:
  • BSc in Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field required.
  • PhD in Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years in the diagnostics industry.
  • Experience in oncology, life sciences, pharma, or molecular diagnostics preferred.
  • Proven success in leading P&L, product launches, and market expansion.
  • Ability to build relationships with payers and industry stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker capable of navigating competitive markets.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to improve quality and apply feedback.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Valid Passport required.
  • Ability to travel 50% weekly, domestic and international.
