Job description

Job Title: Business Process Re-engineering

Location: Birmingham

Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President

Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations play an essential role in the firm’s first line of defense against financial crime, minimizing risks associated with new client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Responsible for defining strategic business design principles and process improvements to create a scalable KYC process based on systematic data capture and assessment. Supports Production and Transformation teams to ensure process changes meet objectives and adhere to bank standards.
