We’re seeking a future team member for the role ofBusiness Process Improvement & Best Practices Manager (Conventional Trust)to join ourOperational Changeteam. This role is located inManchester, UK, and will work a Hybrid schedule (4 days per week in-office required).

You’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Oversee and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities within the Conventional Debt domain.
• Accountability for the planning and management of the delivery of the UAT.
• Identify and manage cross project dependencies.
• Support and contribute to the UAT Estimation process
• Guide and coach UAT team, whilst implementing new strategies and ensure group continues to evolve.
• Support and co-ordinate all operational activities, in preparation for the adoption of any new process and/or software in Operations.
• Post deployment triaging of defects and/or enhancements.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Translate new or reduced operational processes into clear and concise descriptions for required risk assessments.
• Act as a liaison between Operations and project teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to project teams during the development and implementation phases.
• Lead a small team through various programs or transformations, ensuring all are aware of key milestones, issues and so forth.

To be successful, we’re seeking interest in the follow areas:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Testing qualifications are desired e.g. ISTQB.
• 7+ years of total work experience strongly preferred.
• Operations experience within financial services is strongly preferred.
• Corporate Trust background preferred.
• Background experience within change/execution management preferred.
