What will your day look like?

As a Business Process Consultant, you will join a multicultural team of 20 people designing processes and defining roles and responsibilities for some of the biggest companies in the world.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Conducting interviews with external and internal stakeholders to gather information about the client’s current marketing practices.
• Defining the client’s future marketing processes by evaluating inputs (e.g., interviews) and tailoring the process to fit the client’s ambitions, situation, and organization.
• Evaluating and redefining the client’s current roles and responsibilities to align with the new processes.
• Assessing the client’s platform landscape to determine if current platforms support the processes, and implementing or adapting platforms as needed.
• Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to optimize performance.
• Developing operational playbooks and presentations.
• Creating training materials and conducting sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes, tools, and templates.
• Supporting the client in implementing the new processes, gathering feedback, managing change, and addressing potential issues.

Who are you going to work with?

Based at VML MAP headquarters in Copenhagen or our London office, you will join a team of highly skilled process consultants. You will operate in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities to develop your personal and professional skills.

Your collaboration will extend across teams, working closely with experts in technology, data, creative, and client teams from offices in the US, UK/CPH, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Canada, and Thailand. What do you bring to the table?

You enjoy details and understand that different parts of processes are interconnected. You can switch from a high-level overview to deep dives into specifics to understand their impact on the overall process.

Additionally, you are proactive, sociable, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients. You also have:

• A relevant master’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but candidates with the right mindset and skills are encouraged to apply.
• An agency or consultancy background is advantageous but not required.
• Proven ability to work independently and in complex environments as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to build cross-functional relationships.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint.

Since many clients and colleagues are in different time zones, willingness to travel and work flexible hours is important.
