Job Title - Business Process Architect I2O

As part of our ongoing pursuit of excellence, we will be kicking off a significant Transformation Project to introduce S/4HANA, and as such we have created several positions to support this enterprise project (Project Nexus)

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support the transformation of the respective workstream within the organization’s SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation. This role plays a key part in improving S/4HANA’s capabilities and implementing industry standard methodologies to improve, standardize, and align processes across Lonza.

The Inbound to Outbound [Warehouse] Business Process Architect (BPA) plays a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the S4/HANA platform, focusing on I2O related processes. This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams to craft, develop, and implement robust process solutions that improve data accuracy and business decision-making.

This role provides the chance to contribute to a significant ERP transformation project involving brand new SAP technologies. The role is critical to ensuring that the organization leverages S/4HANA to drive business value and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the I2O stream related to Lonza business model archetypes
  • Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in warehouse management
  • Conduct regular meetings in alignment with the Stream Lead.Address issues or concerns raised by local teams.
  • Design and architect future process solutions within the S4/HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of Stream related modules within S4/HANA, including reporting.
  • Collaborate with data migration teams to ensure accurate and complete data
  • Co-Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for key users / end-users to ensure successful adoption of the S4/HANA solutions

Key requirements:

  • Ideally experience within a CDMO/Pharma organisation
  • Knowledge of associated SAP / EWM / MM systems and technology
  • Familiar and/or open to learn industry best practice processes in relevant area
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead process improvement initiatives

Travel Requirements:

  • Will require travel depending on project needs: on average 3-5 times for a duration of 2-3 weeks.
