Business Process Analyst (Escrow) – Hybrid working ( 3 days in City of London office) – 5 month initial contract

We are recruiting a Process centric Analyst who has previous experience of overseeing source code Escrow arrangements.

To apply you will require the following skills and experience:

• Defining policy standards, criteria and guidance
• Framework development for overseeing Escrow arrangements, including type of escrow relevant to the service, validation, testing, contracting, etc.
• Defining ongoing escrow responsibilities for impacted roles
• Records management of escrow arrangements
• Oversight and reporting definition

Start ASAP, initially through to the end of November 2025

London based up to 3 days a week in the office
