Job Description
- Analyse and evaluate existing business processes within the FMCG department.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
- Implement new business processes and oversee their successful integration.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department leads.
- Compile and present reports on process improvements and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure business processes align with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Support the department by managing ad hoc projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Process Analyst/Administrator should have:
- An academic background in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in analysing and improving business processes within an FMCG setting.
- Strong administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using business software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A solution-oriented mindset, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
