Essential Skills:
Business processes, product management within heavy-duty goods, automotive, or aerospace; Jira, Visio, Lucidcharts; strong documentation; ability to work with a greenfield client; BI tools like Power BI; Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Map, analyze, and redesign current-state business processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across the product development lifecycle.
- Operational Insights: Identify performance gaps and bottlenecks by analyzing operational data, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Requirements Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and process documentation to support internal systems, tools, and workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and proper implementation of business processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and support initiatives for continuous process improvement using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Project Support: Contribute to business operations and strategic projects, including process audits, internal tool implementations, and organizational readiness initiatives.
- Change Management: Support change management activities by developing training materials, user guides, and stakeholder communication plans in conjunction with the change team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Process Analyst in a product-driven or fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience with business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or similar.
- Knowledge of workflow systems (e.g., JIRA) and experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
