VANRATH are delighted to be leading the search for a Business Analyst. The role is full time hours, 2/3 days on site, and is anticipated to last for initially 6 months. There is new funding for major transformation work, across the organisation, in order to prepare for new projects. .

About you

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years' previous experience working as a BA mapping our current process, requirement gathering and managing workshop groups.

What you'll do

• Map out current key processes, source and/or prepare detailed 'as is' & 'to be' documentation.
• Map out current key processes including business performance metrics.
• Review of graduate scheme, HLA scheme and to consider training gaps for new employees that could be addressed with short training courses / work procedures.
• Design and carry out a targeted survey to try to understand key training gaps for new starts etc, engage with managers across the business.
