- General Practitioners (GPs): Delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care across all age groups.
- Practice Nurses & Advanced Nurse Practitioner: Providing preventative care, chronic disease management and essential clinical support.
- Healthcare Assistants (HCAs): Supporting both clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Reception & Admin Team: Managing patient bookings, records and ensuring the practice runs efficiently.

Person Specification – Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours
- Knowledge: Experience of working in Primary Care in the NHS, GP Contracts NHS legislation and its application to primary care, Good organisation and time management skills.
- Skills: Good communication/interpersonal skills (verbal, non‑verbal and written), Excellent IT skills, Problem solving skills, Influencing and negotiating skills, Interpersonal skills, Conflict Management, Strategic and creative thinker, Leadership skills.
