YOUR ROLE

• Join Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies team as a Graduate Business Planner .
• You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, Customer Service , Logistics and Supply Planning.
• You will gather in-depth insights to identify and implement improvement projects, such as service level performance, forecast accuracy & bias , and inventory.
• You will make an impact by playing a key role in Business Planning projects.
• Maintain certain master data while supporting the underlying SAP systems.
• Develop, network and build relationships with the Business Planning and Supply Chain Operations team.
• To gather in-depth insights into managing a multi-dimensional global FMCG company.

YOUR SKILLS

• You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree inBusiness, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any related field
• Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations
• Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
• SAP is an advantage
• A data driven mind with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and be a proactive team member
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation, and communication skills
• An enthusiastic, dynamic and creative team-player thinking in solutions
