YOUR ROLE
  • Join Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies team as a Graduate Business Planner.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Planning.
  • Gather in-depth insights to identify and implement improvement projects, such as service level performance, forecast accuracy & bias, and inventory.
  • Play a key role in Business Planning projects to make an impact.
  • Maintain certain master data while supporting the underlying SAP systems.
  • Develop, network, and build relationships with the Business Planning and Supply Chain Operations team.
  • Gain in-depth insights into managing a multi-dimensional global FMCG company.
YOUR SKILLS
  • You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.
  • Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations.
  • Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • A data-driven mind with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be a proactive team member.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organization, and communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic, and creative team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
