Babcock International is recruiting a Business Performance Data Analytics Manager to lead a PMO analytics capability and translate business objectives into a clear analytics roadmap. You will deliver reporting, insights and dashboards to support strategic decisions across major UK defence programmes.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics, aiming to embed a data-driven culture and enable senior stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data analytics, business intelligence or performance reporting teams within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, data visualisation and performance management methodologies.
• Experience developing management information and analytics solutions for senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of modern analytics technologies, including data platforms, automation and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational improvement through data-led insights.

The Role

As a Business Performance Data Analytics Manager, you'll lead the development of a high-performing data analytics capability supporting some of the UK's most significant defence and nuclear programmes. This is a unique opportunity to shape how performance data is used across complex, high-profile projects, helping senior leaders make informed decisions that drive successful outcomes.

By delivering high-quality reporting, visualisation and performance insights, you'll help embed a culture of data-driven decision-making across the Naval Nuclear portfolio while developing your own leadership and career potential within a world-class engineering organisation.

What you’ll do:
