Job description

• Partner with senior leaders in Operations and Retail to provide high-quality support and analysis
• Build and improve reporting on site-level operational and commercial performance
• Develop business cases and models for initiatives across retail, operations, energy, and people
• Create and maintain data sets and flows for use across the function
• Develop and implement robust reporting for F&B trends, performance, and optimisation
• Analyse operational performance including staffing, service levels, and site efficiency
• Support cross-functional teams to improve automation and tech integration
• Lead on site condition reporting and contribute to investment decision-making

Global Accounting Network are currently recruiting for a well-known name in the Entertainment sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading international player in the industry. They are looking to appoint a Business Partner – Operations & Retail to deliver impactful analysis and drive data-led decision-making, supporting the effective execution of key strategic initiatives across the function.

This a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving performance across the Operations and Retail teams which is central to managing reporting, planning, analysis, and business case development across two of the business’s most commercially critical areas. Reporting into the Director of Commercial Finance, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership team.

• Advanced Excel and strong SQL skills
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Proven track record of turning data into actionable insights
• Consultative approach with senior stakeholder engagement experience
• Understanding of KPIs, retail metrics, and operational performance
