Job description

  • Working alongside the Risk and Supervision teams to ensure risk and compliance requirements are met on client outcomes, with regular reviews and broader risk work to comply with the IARR expectations.
  • Identifying emerging risks impacting consumer outcomes and collaborating across SJP and Partner businesses to mitigate these risks.
  • Developing succession strategies with major businesses to facilitate exit strategies, succession, MBI, and MBO.
  • Conducting People Management assessments to support the development of business leadership and management teams.
  • Executing the Partner service and engagement strategy for the large business segment in alignment with the overall SJP Partner offering.
  • Using MI to identify trends and opportunities to guide business strategy.
  • Providing an efficient, digital single point of contact for all services within the large business segment across SJP, ensuring focused support for SJP’s Priority Firms.
  • Sharing best practices in Business-to-Business relationship management with leadership teams of the largest SJP businesses to help them meet their KPIs.
  • Leading and managing a team supporting new business growth aligned with company objectives, always delivering excellent client outcomes.
  • Supporting large businesses in achieving professional performance.
  • Inspiring and encouraging strategic, operational, and best practice initiatives to enhance the quality and results of Partners and Advisers.
  • Promoting best practices in business planning, marketing, systems, people management, and administration to foster long-term growth and productivity.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Skilled coach with a Certificate in Advanced Coaching and Mentoring or equivalent experience.
  • Responsible for managing the output and performance of the Partnership, aligned with our values and principles of treating clients fairly, including both internal (Partners and Advisers) and external clients.
  • Ability to understand and deploy the SJP Proposition based on Partner needs post-induction.
  • Ability to advise on enterprise strategy and business planning.
  • Ability to assess Partner development needs using motivator conversations.
