Job Description

  • Lead the design and delivery of workforce strategies and people initiatives
  • Provide expert HR advice and challenge conventional practices to drive improvement
  • Coach leaders through organisational change, including TUPE, redundancy, and complex ER cases
  • Deliver projects aligned with strategic goals and workforce planning
  • Use data insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Partner with recruitment, L&D, and OD teams to embed best practices
  • Promote ethical leadership and resolve complex people issues with professionalism
  • Influence senior stakeholders and support continuous improvement in people practices


The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in HR, OD, or related field, with CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Strong experience managing complex people and organisational challenges
  • Skilled in coaching, influencing, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in using data to drive decisions and shape strategy
  • Deep understanding of employment law and employee relations
  • Experienced in leading change and delivering impactful HR projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to navigate sensitive conversations and promote ethical leadership
