Job Title: Business Partner
Pay Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 9 months temp - perm

Location: Warwick, Hybrid 1-2 days per week (may need to travel to London)

Hours: 37 hours per week Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm

What You'll Do:
As a Business Partner, you will:

• Drive Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions for our business needs.


• Gather Insights: Distill user feedback into actionable insights that drive IT investment decisions.


• Articulate Goals: Clearly communicate the strategy and goals of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


• Investment Planning: Maintain investment plans that align with business goals while managing product capabilities.


• Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with senior management and stakeholders to ensure success.


• Documentation: Write and present business cases, regulatory submissions, and investment papers.

Key Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates who have:

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus!)


• At least 5 years of experience in IT, with knowledge of IT concepts and methodologies.


• 1-2 years of experience in product management, particularly with Agile methodologies.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• An understanding of Cyber Security considerations.
