Job Description
One of my local government clients is currently recruiting an experienced Business Operations Team Manager on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of extension. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. It is a hybrid working role; however, you will be required to attend the office 2-3 times a week.
Overview: Business operations team managers are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of business operations support across Children and Family services. This includes working collaboratively with management colleagues to create and implement support procedures aligned with team duties.
The Team Manager will provide key performance information quarterly to show how volume drives staff capacity adjustments, promoting a more agile approach to ensure duties are covered. The Business Operations Team Manager will set an example for staff to deliver the standard of performance that Enfield expects by undertaking, reviewing, and coaching staff on tasks.
