Overseeing school billing, income reconciliation, and debt management
Leading on the annual academic roll-over processes, including pricing structures, system updates, and communications
Supervising administrative, facilities, and cleaning staff and liaising with contractors, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Supporting HR and payroll processes through coordination tasks, such as managing monthly teacher pay claims and tracking absence reporting, before submitting to the HR team for processing.
Working with the corporate marketing team to support website content, promotional materials, and communications
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining a secure, welcoming, and well-managed environment

Proven experience in business operations, finance administration, or service management
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex processes
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adapting quickly to change in a busy office environment
Confident communication and leadership skills, with experience supervising teams
A collaborative and flexible approach, particularly during peak periods such as the academic year-end
A commitment to high standards of customer service and continuous improvement
