Sitting within the Digital Operations team, this role will focus on improving organisational efficiency, scalability, and decision‑making through two key areas: driving digital and AI literacy across the business and optimising and redesigning business processes to support growth, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure digital initiatives and AI solutions align with real business needs.

What you’ll be doing
Digital & AI Literacy
  • Lead the design and delivery of organisation‑wide digital and AI literacy initiatives
  • Embed digital and AI understanding into day‑to‑day decision‑making and operations
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and the wider business, translating complex concepts into practical outcomes
Business Process Improvement
  • Analyse, map, and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce risk
  • Ensure processes are clearly documented and well communicated to stakeholders
Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Work closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Support change initiatives, helping teams adopt new ways of working
  • Report progress, outcomes, and impact to senior leadership
What success looks like
  • Widespread adoption of digital and AI literacy across the organisation
  • Measurable improvements in productivity and informed decision‑making
  • Streamlined, well‑documented, and compliant business processes
  • Digital and AI initiatives that are practical, well‑governed, and aligned with strategic objectives
What we’re looking for
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and the practical use of AI in business
  • Experience with business process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and operational risk management
  • Business process mapping and analysis skills
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and reporting abilities
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Designing and facilitating training or capability‑building programmes
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align operational improvements with business goals
  • Analytical and data‑driven approach
  • Confident change agent with the ability to influence across teams
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas
