AWE is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join its site-based team at Aldermaston. You will help ensure information, insight and performance data inform decision-making across the organisation, working with senior leaders to deliver priority outcomes.
Key duties include driving improvements to reporting and governance, analysing performance data, and building relationships with stakeholders at various levels to prioritise and deliver high-quality outputs.
Location: Aldermaston & Burghfield (between Reading and Basingstoke)
Salary: £45,760 - £58,000 (depending on experience, qualifications and suitability)

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders within our Business Units, you’ll help ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Your work will provide valuable insight, support strategic planning, and contribute to the successful delivery of business priorities.
This role offers the opportunity to influence how reporting and governance activities are delivered, while leading improvements that drive efficiency, consistency and informed decision-making.

Working Pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight, with every other Friday as a non-working day. This role is eligible for hybrid working, meaning employees typically spend three days on site in a long week and two days on site in a short week.
