Business Operations Leader (Awarding Body / EPAO)
Location: Hybrid – Home-based and London
Salary: £60-70K
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
A leading Ofqual-recognised Awarding Body is seeking an experienced Business Operations Leader to help shape and drive our continued growth. With consistent expansion over the last four years, we're now scaling both our digital and non-digital apprenticeship assessment offerings – and we need a driven, strategic operator to support that journey.
The Role:
Working closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership team, you’ll take strategic goals and turn them into clear operational plans, coordinating teams to deliver real impact. You'll play a key role in building strong provider partnerships, championing service excellence, and leading internal teams – including line management of our Heads of Quality – to ensure high performance and compliance.

About You:
You’ll have senior-level experience in an EPAO or Awarding Organisation, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in programme delivery and operational excellence.
