Business Operations at Capital on Tap

Business Operations is at the heart of major projects within Capital on Tap. We focus on supporting strategic initiatives, collaborating to improve processes, and working proactively on pilots to enhance customer experience.

The Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our team. You will be central to major company projects, promoting operational excellence with a focus on customer experience, becoming an expert on our systems, and engaging in growth-focused projects such as new product launches.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Leading prospective vendors and partners through onboarding in partnership with the Vendor Management team.
2. Managing the due diligence refresh project to ensure documentation accuracy and audit compliance.
3. Analyzing customer journeys, gathering feedback, and running pilots to improve user experience.
4. Owning relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
5. Contributing to strategic initiatives like contract analysis, vendor optimization, and reporting to support decision-making.

Your first project will involve partnering with the Vendor Management team to onboard vendors and partners, acting as a key contact across teams. You will also take ownership of the due diligence project, aiming to streamline processes and strengthen cross-divisional relationships. This role requires a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
