Business Operations Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post Graduate Apprentice to join our Business Operations Team supporting Sanofi Vaccines UK + Ireland. This role is designed for recent graduates passionate about the pharmaceutical industry and eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations. The apprentice will support various functions within the department, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Support our Vaccine Franchises in various functions including E-Commerce, Tender submissions, Demand and Supply Management, and other projects supporting the wider business.
• Operational Support - Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures.
• Project Management - Contribute to planning, executing, and monitoring business projects.
• Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

About you:

• Recent graduate, ideally in STEM, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in business operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is a plus.
