Job summary

Harrington Starr is seeking a Graduate Business Operations Analyst to join a rapidly growing fintech business in London. You will gain insight into how a financial technology company operates across Sales, Implementation, Product, Finance, HR, Technology, and Security.

You will contribute to sustainability reporting, performance metrics, internal controls, and international expansion while developing a career in financial services, fintech, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day Business Operations processes, ensuring recurring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Document, improve and maintain internal policies, procedures and operational controls.
• Support external audits and certification processes by gathering evidence, coordinating stakeholders and tracking actions.
• Work with internal Security teams to ensure appropriate access controls are maintained.
• Support customer onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Coordinate equipment and system access for new employees, working with HR, hiring managers and IT.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collect and analyse data for sustainability and ESG reporting initiatives.
• Help develop and monitor operational KPIs and team objectives.
• Support projects relating to business growth, international expansion and operational improvements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver wider business objectives.
