Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an office-based role where you can make a real impact?

We’re hiring a Business Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Supporting the team against KPIs
  2. Carrying out tasks required to facilitate our service offerings
  3. Communicating with clients and stakeholders via email and telephony
  4. Providing support for field agents on the day or in advance of visits
  5. Liaising with third-party contacts and booking/canceling resources
  6. Carrying out quality checks on accounts visited by the field team
  7. Assisting with office administration tasks and requirements
  8. Packaging new field agent kits for postage
