The Jobholder requires a minimum qualification to HNC/SVQ3 level in business studies, office management or administration or an acceptable equivalent qualification and/or extensive demonstrable experience to this level in one of the identified disciplines would be an acceptable alternative.
Experience:
Essential:
To be competent in the role the Jobholder must have good interpersonal and organisational skills as well as knowledge of various IT systems and software including Microsoft packages. Must also have previous experience of working to strict deadlines and contributing and implementing operational changes.
Desirable:
Experience of supervising and developing a team within a busy office environment providing business support.

Based on 36 hours over 52 weeks per year, the minimum actual salary for this position is £30,243.53 per annum.
