About: Amber Valley SSP CIO are a local non-for-profit organisation working in the borough of Amber Valley, Derbyshire looking to recruit highly motivated, talented individuals to join the team.

Amber Valley SSP CIO are committed to providing a quality service to its member schools which adopts a strong approach to the safeguarding of children and young people.

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individual who has experience working within an office environment and the desire to support the continual development of a multi-faceted organisation. The successful candidate should be capable of supporting the organisation to continue to deliver high quality programmes in sport & physical activity.

Experience of raising and dealing with invoices, use of a financial system, communicating effectively both over the phone and via email and knowledge of payroll and pension systems is essential.

Experience of working in an educational or charity environment is desirable but not essential.

A hardworking, flexible attitude is vital with the opportunity to shape and develop the work area moving forward.

The successful candidate will manage the day to day finances of the charity, report to charity management and trustees and communicate with staff on a regular basis.
