About The Role

You will play a crucial role in managing day to day operations and partnering with our departments to ensure the smooth running of our Sydney Head Quarters.

What You’ll Do

Property/Business Administration

  • Accounts support (Lease payment management, bond lodgements and releases, submission of invoices to accounts)
  • Helping with utility management and administration for all properties
  • Leasing information system preservation including ensuring documents and information are allocated as per procedure and executed in an efficient and timely manner as well as ongoing maintenance of online external portals for compliance
  • Asset tracking and auditing of employee related assets across the entire company for internal asset register
  • Coordination Across Departments (work closely with operations, fleet, accounts, projects teams to ensure smooth communication and document management)
  • Office Management (London Office):
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sydney office, ensuring a productive and organised work environment
  • Coordinate office logistics, including supplies procurement (ordering, organising, and restocking as needed), maintenance requests and facility management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues, liaising with building management as needed

HR Admin

  • Assist in overseeing the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for all new employees
  • Coordinate team travel arrangements (primarily flight bookings)
  • Support the planning and execution of monthly & quarterly team events and activities to foster a positive work culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organise engaging and inclusive events

  • Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a passion for problem solving
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and strong office technology skills.

Duration & Hours

This is a part-time position, 3 days a week from our London Office with some flexibility around working from home occasionally.
