Business MI Analyst

Contract: Full Time Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday normal office hours

Site:Office-based at Leeds, LS11 5BD

Salary: £28,000

Here at Conduent we have an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Business MI Analyst at our offices based in Leeds. As a Business MI Analyst, you'll be at the heart of analyzing and reporting management information to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to management to mitigate risk and drive business decisions.
  • Build positive relationships and collaborate with a variety of roles at all levels.
  • Able to present data to all levels within the organisation.
  • Analyse and interpret data regarding key performance metrics for various target audiences
  • Develop and adapt MI according to requirements.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for MI, data, or analysis.
  • Understand business processes and underlying data to add value and practical insights to MI.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Seek opportunities to improve business performance or drive business benefit through data analysis.
  • Able to develop effective data collection plans
  • Support systems or process change to help maintain data integrity and identify reporting opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced MS Excel user and proficient in the use of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) as well as MS DevOps
  • Possess effective time management skills and able to prioritise workloads
  • Able to extract exacting requirements from stakeholders for full comprehension and effective listening skills and effective in asking open questions to elicit information
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies especially Agile
  • Possess an analytical mindset in their approach
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies
  • Previous experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Previous experience of service centre operations is beneficial
