About The Job

Based in Norwich | Full-Time 36 hours | Hybrid Collaboration

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, data-savvy Business Marketer to join our buzzing Norwich office. You'll be the engine behind campaigns that boost engagement, build lasting partnerships, and drive business retention across our UK parks.

Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager and working closely with our PR & Comms HQ in Amsterdam, you’ll lead the way in crafting smart, impactful marketing that gets noticed — locally and internationally.

What you are going to do

Strategy that sticks Develop and deliver marketing strategies that drive stakeholder engagement and park owner retention.

Insight meets impact Track local trends, analyse campaign performance, and turn insights into visuals and reports that wow.

PR with purpose Collaborate with our international PR teams to keep messaging sharp and consistent across every channel.

Events that connect Lead on press visits, corporate events, and partnerships with big names in hospitality and tourism.

VIP vibes Organise exclusive conferences, private updates, and high-end events to deepen relationships with park owners and stakeholders.

Team synergy Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Operations, Development and Revenue teams to align strategies and maximise results.

This is you

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or something similar

5+ years’ experience in marketing, PR or business communications — ideally in travel, hospitality, tourism or real estate

You love data — and know how to turn numbers into meaningful action

You’re confident with tools like CRM platforms, Canva, Adobe Suite & PowerPoint

️ A top-tier communicator — clear, creative, and fluent in English

Independent and proactive — you own your projects, start to finish
