Job Description:

Business Manager/Sales Controller required in Hereford.

  • Up to £45,000+ uncapped annual on-target-earnings plus company car and multiple staff benefits.
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and 1 in 2 Sundays.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Business Manager/Sales Controller within our client’s franchise approved car dealership in Hereford.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and supporting the sales team during the sales process, engaging directly with customers at the appropriate time.
  • Managing CRM system regarding sales, renewals, process, and reporting.
  • Training and coaching a 5-person sales team in sales process and products.
  • Controlling the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and code of practice for F&I transactions.
  • Managing all payments/commissions for vehicles and F&I products from customers and finance companies.
  • Maintaining relationships between finance companies and the dealership.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in business management/sales control within a franchise dealer environment.
  • FCA accreditation and understanding of financial legislation.
  • Strong leadership, results-driven, and customer relationship skills.
  • Brand focus, independence, energy, and commitment to seek sales opportunities.
  • UK driving license with minimal points.
